Delivery / Pick-Up Information

Pick-Up is from our base in Samsonvale (Basin Road South) where we are nestled on 40 acres. Trees are available for pick-up between Friday the 1st and the Monday 4th of December anytime from 9am to 4pm. If you wish to pick up your tree, please just select your tree and extras when placing your order. You will receive an email with the exact pick up address in November. We will provide updates and stay in touch with the email you provide when placing your order.

To have your tree delivered by one of our friendly staff, you will have to add delivery to your cart. When choosing the delivery product you should look for the size tree you are ordering and choose the relevant postcode. Please see exact delivery dates for each postcode below.

Please ensure you order delivery for the correct postcode and the relevant tree size you are ordering to receive the tree you have ordered.

N.B. If you are ordering a 9ft tree and / or your postcode does not appear below, please contact The Christmas Tree Express at orders@thechristmastreeexpress.com for delivery options / quote.

If you would like us to help you dispose of your tree, please add the tree removal service. We will dispose of your tree between the 27th and the 28th of December. We will confirm exact removal dates and timings by email once we know numbers and locations. We request that you leave your tree out the front of your house for removal.
